The exhaust screw on the cylinder won't come off? Is it a deal?

Hi, I bought a new exhaust, Yasuni R. I tried unscrewing my old one and got the two on the exhaust bracket off, including one on the bottom of the cylinder, but the two (see picture) won't budge a millimeter. I also sprayed WD40 on them, but that didn't help. Does anyone have any ideas on what else I could do or how I can get them off?

Probably dry installed without any mounting paste. If you get to the screw head in a straight axis, you can try something. In the middle of the screw head make a flat depression. Tension a piece of round iron, Dm=10 mm into a drilling machine with impact drilling. Round irons at the front so rounded that it centers in your reduction on the screw head. While you turn the wrench, a second person with the drill should give vibrations with the hammer drill on the screw head. So “vibrate.” If this is not possible, drill with thread diameter into the screw head until it drops. You’ll have to turn the bolt out with some pliers. The danger exists, however, which he does not resolve. Then you just have to drill out the whole thread in the cylinder with core diameter and cut it. Good luck.

Sometimes it is necessary to let creepy oil act, ne to time. We have the best experiences with “Ferex”.

“Wd40 sprayed on it does not bring anything”

That’s nix.

Warming helps here.

Do it with the welding torch hot …. not with the soldering lamp which brings so little heat that you have to heat forever and all around it.
