If a foreign number calls me on WhatsApp and I accidentally call back but hang up before anyone answers, can they see my location?

Where did they get your number? Probably from a data leak and then bought in the Dark Web.

Probably not. These are usually Scaman calls that you should always ignore. If you just lift off and put it right back, then nothing bad should happen.
