Dann ist rho * g * z1 hier 0, da h1 hier in diesem bezugssystem auf Höhe 0 liegt. Allerdings gilt die Bedingung, dass im rohr mindestens 14700 Pa herrschen, was hier anstelle des statischen Drucks einzusetzen ist.
Folglich gilt:
196200 Pa = 98100 PA + 1/2 rho v^2 + 14700 Pa
Wenn du ab da gewohnt weiter rechnest kommst du auch auf das gewünschte Ergebnis.
Kleine Anmerkung am Rande deine Darstellung ist nicht gut. Einheiten in der Rechnung wegzulassen gibt abzug und führt oft zu falschen Dimensionen. Außerdem ist es schlecht die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit als v zu bezeichnen, auf Grund der Verwechslungsgefahr mit dem volumenstrom. Steht ja auch c in der Aufgabe. Benutz doch dann auch c.
