Ausbildungsvergütung?
Hallo miteinander,
Ich bin seit dem 01.09.2024 in meiner Ausbildung.
Nun ist das erste Gehalt im Jahr 2025 für den Januar angekommen.
Zählt es nun schon zum zweiten Ausbildungsjahr und ist die höhere höhere Vergütung gültig ? Ich habe nämlich nur die Vergütung für das erste Ausbildungsjahr bekommen.

The second training year begins on 01.09.2025 … < until then you are - logically - still in the first training year!
you need to distinguish between calendar and training year.
your second training year begins on 01.09.2025!
You will not get the higher salary until September 2025.
You’re still in the first year. You’re not until 01.09.25 in the second year.
