Apprenticeships in the office?

Hello, I'd like to start an apprenticeship in August/September of this year. Preferably in an office setting.
I've applied a lot for the office management apprenticeship, but I've only received rejections.

I graduated from secondary school last year with a 1.9 (grade) and am currently working on my intermediate secondary school diploma (Realabschluss). However, it won't be as good as last year.
Which is why I need ideas for other office jobs.
