Do training courses overlap?

I hope someone here can help me.
I am currently in the third year of a baker's apprenticeship, which I am doing at a vocational training center because I have Asperger's syndrome.
However, over the course of these three years, I've realized that I don't really like the job of a baker. To be honest, I'm glad to be out of this apprenticeship, as it's starting to take a toll on me psychologically.
Since my special interest is shipping, I would now like to train as a ship mechanic.
The only problem is that the new training starts on August 1, 2025, and the discharge from the vocational training center is not until August 22 or so.
What should I do now?
I would really like to apply for such an apprenticeship and can hardly wait to finally work in the maritime industry.
But I can't possibly ask them if I can join them later, because then every trainee would come and wouldn't even want to go on vacation…
Do you have any tips? What would you do in this situation?
PS: You don't need to worry about my autism, I've already passed my fitness for sea service.

You don’t have to work as a baker either. Find out where you can apply for a different degree.
And say that, possibly in the vocational training sector, there are certainly specialist consultations, etc.
Who told you you to get the training place? You’re not the only one.
But you can still apply now and this problem is targeted when you are invited. There’ll be a way if they’re really so sharp to take you as an azuub.
I don’t see a bigger problem. I’d communicate openly. And even if your current contract goes up to 22.8.2025, your final exam to the baker is presumably early and your current training relationship will officially end with a successful exam. Even if your training contract is longer dated.
But even in the worst case, a training entry, 3 weeks later, would be possible in principle without problems.
From that, it shouldn’t stop you to apply.
I think it is very unlikely that your baker training will go until the twenty-twoth of August. This date is in the training contract, but the exams will be earlier and with the successful exam you are out.
When did the vintages leave the BBW before you?
Probably you’re finished in the craft training before the 25th. Ask in the educational institution whether it is already known when the examination takes place.

that’s true. But where the focus must be, with the existence of the written and practical examination. That’s exactly how I was in the retail store.
