I'm very interested in IT and would like to work in that industry, but I'm not sure about this apprenticeship because I'm very introverted and feel like I want to avoid any social interaction. In situations like this, I simply forget everything, and it's incredibly uncomfortable. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Best look at yourself. I don’t know if they give you training there.
The German dual training system is not available in the USA.
Yes just ask at one of the Dax companies…then you are on the safe side.
