SHK training: what to look out for, further training opportunities, salary?

What's the training like, or how was it for you? What should you look for in a company before starting? What further training makes sense if you want to advance to a higher position? How much do you currently earn?

After training and a certain period of professional experience, I made my master craftsman and then still studied (so that about 5 years lived at the absolute minimum of existence). In the meantime, I am a member of an engineering office and my income is very good.
