Training as an IT specialist for application development?

What's the training like as an IT specialist for application development? I looked at Stepstone, and the salary range is very well presented there. What's it like from the perspective of those who've completed it? Would you recommend it? Are you valued in your profession? What are the continuing education opportunities like, and are you well rewarded for it?

Please only reply if you have completed this training

Estimation depends on the operation. There are good and worse employers. I can’t complain. I am currently about 15 years in the profession and have an appointment to the Senior Developer and I am also a technical project manager. I earn equivalent with the studied computer scientists. I didn’t do any trainings. I’ve been doing a lot of things privately in the first few years after training to further train myself. Officially, you could do a technician school, and I would consider a study to be more useful. Like I said, I didn’t do anything the same. With me, it was only private engagement and a certain talent that should not be missed. Because if you’re not doing this for programming, you can still do the training, but you won’t succeed later. This is my view of things. But if you can, then it’s a good job where you can earn very well later.
