Hi! Unfortunately, this problem is more common in practice and the legislator has only the solution to the exclusive right of custody, which one does not get so easily. In the situation (as an Azubi you need an account and it’s just for a year), it could be that the bank still “adjusts an eye”, but it doesn’t have to.

Using the father’s account for salary is in principle not correct in terms of bank technology. If you can’t talk to the bank about an exception, you might try to tell the family court whether it may be possible through a certificate.

Otherwise perhaps the following construct:

The father assigns a second account to his name under his tribe, which is accounted for strangely. Then you are the economically legitimate. You get account authority on the account and can use it quite normally up to the age of attorney… an overdraft may not be possible. Once you’re full-year, you’ll make your own bank account and close it again.

Ask the bank if she’d play there.

Using the account from the father is of course nonsense there are also most banks against.

Generally, you should have dealt with the subject earlier, but the drop is now sucked.

If you don’t get the mother to play with it I have a legal expert to clarify what is possible. You’re probably not the first in the situation.
