I am now in my second year of apprenticeship and I can already do a lot personally but when my colleagues are talking I can never join in when it comes to work etc. Even the apprentices in their third year of apprenticeship can already talk properly is it normal that I still don't understand it and I am doing an apprenticeship in a trade

You’re still Azubi and you’re not a fully trained specialist yet. So it’s already logical that you can’t report from your broad experience, because you just don’t have it yet.
