But really no.

I would judge the owner for “racism” and discrimination.

Can they do it. Is abet as discriminatory as the reverse case. In addition, the question of the definition of “Ausländer”. Are people with a migration background? People without a German passport? People with double citizenship? And how many generations are you not considered a foreigner?

In the end, it’s just cheap PR.

Sure. Ask me who or what are foreigners?

Without an understandable explanation, I would no longer visit the place in the future. Stem pub or back.

Yes, they have house law. But if there are still many non-residents there, there is a question mark.

House law does not justify discrimination. What do you think would happen if it was called “All tables are reserved for Germans”?

Well, that would be a hot discussion. And the left would be happy.

Each restaurant may announce closed company or complete reservation. There is no discrimination.

You have a lot of right-wing extremist ideas in your eyes. What’s wrong with you?

Even if the Hastwirt opens only for women on Thursdays, this is not discrimination.

Of course. The Sylt-Lied was also a unique situation. :-

You already see the difference between a one-time action and an absolute house ban

Nevertheless, I think this is a discrimination.

It is. The only question that arises at this point is only “criminal discrimination or not criminal?

You should read the definition of discrimination again.

The discussion has been longer, from sauna to something else. Nevertheless, I think this is a discrimination. Just imagine a place would write:
“Only for Germans now.” Wouldn’t be discrimination according to your definition.
