Eye glasses?
Hello,
I'm very convinced that people born after 2000 will need glasses. Because of smartphones, television, etc. I'm noticing it a little bit in myself now. But really only slightly. And now my question: Are there any methods or eye exercises that can counteract this? Do you know what I mean?

Mistakes are inherited; if you have the reason for this, it can be that you need glasses at some point – regardless of the use of phones and the like. If there is no genetic disposition, you will not be overlooked.
So-called eye training can cause nothing against short-sightedness, long-sightedness and astigmatism, because the causes lie in anatomical conditions. With short-sighted eyes, the eyeball is too long, so the image does not get directly onto the retina and you can see unsharp. Short-sightedness and long-sightedness are also influenced by growth; to the middle/end 20, there can be a lot of changes in one direction or another (short visibility increases during the course or arises only in this case, visibility can be reduced somewhat due to growth). Once reached size can not be reversed on the whole body, whether it is about the leg length or the eyes, for example, so you cannot effectively counteract any exercises.
If you feel excessively struggling your eyes by using smartphone, notebook, etc., do the best regularly breaks, look at distant objects and spend enough time outdoors – this contributes to relaxation and is not only positive for the eyes, but for the body as a whole.
I belong to the vintages you mentioned and I am short-sighted – my father, who is mid-50, but also my brother, who was born before 2000 and was already short-sighted as a toddler before he had to do with mobile phone or other electronic devices at all.
Okay.
Hello Hansmetz,
the easiest means is to spend a lot of time outdoors, outdoor daylight in fresh air. The employment with smartphones & Co. should be limited in time, should be respected for sufficient lighting. Often take breaks while looking at the distance.

Less mobile phone use (do not believe it is really alone and whether this is currently scientifically based I don’t know.)
For example, what you can do is not hurt your eyes:
– “night light” so turn on the blue light filter on the phone
– Reduce mobile time (e.g. read a book instead of social media – don’t know how much you are online)
– Do not have cell phones in your hands forever in the evening (as I lol)
– time and again breaks (for the eyes make) and sometimes manually blink because I forget, for example, always when I stare at a screen
– enough sleep in general
I don’t know what you mean

Oh, yes, and just keep the phone in front of the nose all the time, increase the font size in case of an emergency, then you can keep it away.
Mega! Thank you very much!
…and if so is in time to the optician ne if you don’t want any glasses there are also options like contact lenses. But now you can still do something like that
