I've had the problem for a while now that when I look at a screen (mobile phone, tablet, TV, PC…) something hurts behind my eye.
It doesn't matter whether it's morning or evening, it hurts. But when I turn on the blue light filter, it doesn't hurt anymore, and the pain goes away after a few minutes.
Why is that ???
Well, my eyes don't hurt, it's just a little bit behind them, like a headache. I can't really describe it.

For certain strengths, the lenses have a thicker rim. What would happen if you simply sanded it down? The sharpest point wouldn't be affected in the glass, right?
