Advance payment for advancement grants?
Hello, I applied for advancement student loans (Aufstiegsbafög) six months ago and received a letter nine weeks ago asking for additional documents. I submitted these documents immediately by email. Unfortunately, I haven't received a response yet. Neither to emails nor to calls. I read online that if the student loans office doesn't respond within six weeks, I'm entitled to advance payments. Unfortunately, it doesn't say anywhere where I can apply, and there's no online application form to fill out either.
Where can I apply for this?

Actually, the Bafög office has to react to the mails. I would write to you the contact email of Bafög and not to the specialist. I could imagine that your specialist just got sick and forgot to pass on your concern to another colleague.

What sender does the letter have?
I’d just write that you can’t pay your rent and you’re medium. And therefore urgently need an answer as soon as possible.

Then you have to assume that it has been read and cannot do much first, except perhaps a contradiction or to send a complaint in written form by letter.
