Research different methods, can also be with professional help. Find something that fits you and your life situation. I’ve done it this way and decided for a four-week therapy. With success.

If you’re talking about cigarettes, maybe get to Vapes first. This allows you to keep the routine, for example: smoke in the morning before breakfast, in the lunch break a smoke.

Vapes are not as harmful as cigarettes. Also a partially controversial opinion, but if you look at the scientific side, Vapes are more harmless.

To leave it at some point, I would try to leave individual routines. So you stop smoking at lunchtime, instead you eat something or watch videos.

Otherwise, with cigarettes either completely or not at all, otherwise it does not work.

  • Turn to Vapes. You can do better dosages and they are less harmful (but not healthy)
  • Avoid contact with smokers
  • Slip out (reducing stepwise)
  • Deviation (e.g. music)

If you can’t do it yourself, you can go to the doctor. Nicotine addiction is considered a disease. Certain drugs (e.g. Bupropion) can help with withdrawal.

Good luck 👍

From our own experience it helps to stop.

Make a target what you want to buy from, for example, the saved and put the money aside from day 1. You haven’t used it so far and you can use it for everything. A Ziggi is already with cre 22cent today, right?

Success

PS: A great book there are also submissions to YT on this is “forever non-smoking” by Allen Carr

At the end, success depends on the right minimum.

I would recommend:

  • more sports
  • avoid smoking contacts
  • reduce trigger
  • plan alternatives for periods you are currently using for smoking. For example 5 min breaks or after eating.
  • I can also recommend a smoke-free app. there you can measure your successes

Just stick to applicable laws. You’ve been ignoring them so far….

(m14 )

(two months ago, 10 days ago, that was “w14”, then again “m14.”…)
At that age, you should know that the legislator is not allowed to consume you….
If you were to stick to it, your question would have been unnecessary.

Make cold withdrawal. Do not touch a cigarette anymore.

My husband and I in a New Year’s Eve at the North Sea at the dike asked us what is our good intention for the new year.

We were some that we want to stop smoking and we did it.

My husband smoked 2 boxes and I was over 3 boxes a day and from one minute to the other the spook was over.

Where a will is, there is also a way.

Maybe Ashwaghanda powder will help you reduce the stress during smoking.
