Termination agreement possible?

Hello,

I have the following problem. I've been working as a trainee at a company for almost three-quarters of a year now, and I've been dissatisfied the entire time. I find the tasks boring and feel underchallenged. On top of that, I feel like I'm only given thankless tasks in the department that the "permanent" employees don't want to do.

So I started looking for other positions and was offered a position as a project manager. However, the start date is January 1st.

My notice period is six weeks to the end of the quarter. Do you think my request to terminate my contract will be accepted?

I only do unimportant tasks or have things explained to me that don't interest me. Continued employment would therefore not benefit the company (3,500 employees, energy sector)

Hello,

if no important delivery dates or the like are hanging on your work, I don’t know what to talk about.

The company doesn’t have any idea that you’ll have to keep your time and pay you.

In particular, they are exempted from an anti-missal action in the event of a termination contract.

Dismissal.

Since he wants to announce and becomes, the company has nothing to fear in this direction.

I think you’re coming. But better not go into detail, but stay in general “Feel me in the wrong place”. Don’t play out that you found something better, just “better matching”. And thank you for everything you could learn!

Check with the new company whether they take you binding if it should not work. Let this be written! If they really want you, they do.

Do you think that you will agree to my request for annulment of the Treaty?

Maybe you shouldn’t have too much time for such a conversation.

A company cannot be satisfied with a dissatisfied employee.
