Aufenthaltsbestimmungsrecht darf Jugendamt entscheiden?
Ich habe mal eine Frage, ich würde gerne das alleinige aufenthaltsbestimmungsrecht haben, kann das Jugendamt mir das von uns beiden (Kindsvater und mir) auf mich übertragen. Oder muss ich zu Gericht?
Situation: ich möchte mit den Kindern umziehen, kindsvater will das nicht (Kinder leben bei mir und alle 2 Wochenenden bei ihm) brauche also das alleinige aufentsbestimmungsrecht. Aber kann das auch das Jugendamt entscheiden?
