Hallo,
ich habe vor 6 Monaten eine lose Zahnspange bekommen und die Ärtztin hat 14 Stunden am Tag tragen gesagt. Vor einer Woche hatte ich einen Termin und die andere Ärztin hat gesagt, dass es auch manchmal genügt, wenn ich die Zahnspange nur 12 Stunden pro Tag trage. Auf wen von beiden soll ich jetzt hören?

Ich hatte eine Weisheitszahn OP aber die Betäubung hat noch nicht ganz nachgelassen, ich habe aber irgendwie voll Hunger. Sollte ich warten bis die Betäubung weg ist? Wann darf ich etwas essen?

Wie finde ich eine Zahnärztin, die noch die Goldhämmerfüllung anwendet?

in general, “much helps much”, i.e. 16 hours;-)
This carrying time can usually not be maintained throughout. And the patient also likes to calculate the wearing time in his favor. From 14:20 to 17:40 are already four hours;-)
Mostly the 14 hours are really the lower limit, otherwise you can leave it. However, there are a few combinations where you could also go to the 12-hour limit. This does not reveal any orthodontics to the patient;-)
On the one hand, I assume that your orthodontic orthodontics already know what they are doing. On the other hand, you want to get rid of the braces again and then my entry rate applies.
