Should I stop smoking after nasal sclerotherapy?

Hello, I had my blood vessels cauterized today by an ENT doctor due to persistent nosebleeds. Now my question is whether I have to quit smoking. Since I think the answer is yes, the remaining questions are for how long, and whether e-cigarettes are less harmful to the nose. Thank you in advance for your answers.

I wouldn’t smoke cigarettes for the beginning, nor cigarettes, you know very difficult but everything to your health.
