It would fall under the terms of trade and should therefore be registered as a trade. However, there is a lot to consider, for example the safety of your products.

Yeah.

This is, however, clearly a commercial act (you do something for the purpose of earning money), i.e. you have to register the whole as a trade.

If you’re old enough to register a business, you can do it.

You are best advised by the IHK in your area. There you will get all the information you need.
