If it was inside and the tolerance has already been deducted, there are 70€ fines. If the tolerance is still deducted, there are 50€ fines. More does not happen – even not during the trial period (unless certain violations have already occurred before the trial period).

By the way, you can have a calculation here:

There can always be reasons for not getting a fine decision. Example:

  • Blitzer is new and is still calibrated. It flashes, but the measurements are not yet valid, i.e. there is no post.
  • It turns out later (e.g. by a plaintiff) that the measurement was invalid. Something’s happening.
  • In the current times, it can also happen that the deadline of 3 months is not met because the authorities do not come behind. If you don’t have a post after 3 months, it’s time to pass.
  • The photo is not good enough. Here too, of course, it can happen that, for example, a bird is in the way.

In short: Yes, it always happens that you don’t get a post. You should, of course, assume that you will receive a fine decision.

This depends on the measured speed. That’s what it comes to.
