Auerbach from the 10 meter springboard?
This weekend I did an Auerbach from the 10 for the first time. I did it without any problems, but I was told I didn't execute it perfectly. Can anyone give me any tips on how to do it better from the 10?

Is Oppenheimer a good film and worth watching? I'd be interested in your opinions 🙂
Hello, Could someone tell me where I can get old exam questions from previous years to further prepare for the CMAS* exam (from the Internet)? Thanks in advance!
Can you help me And does it have to be anything other than a cover letter? I gave them a cover letter, but now they want a motivation letter and a CV.
You know that feeling when you have to hold your breath for thirty seconds and your diaphragm is already cramping, but you still manage to do it?
You have a jumpthe board in 10 meters? I have never seen that before; I only know platforms at this height, so towers.
Now, of course, I don’t know where your fault could be, I guess you don’t jump from a springy board of 10m, but actually from a jumping tower.
Just so much:
Many freestyle jumpers make the elemental mistake to skip the Auerbachsalto from the start and only with one leg. To express it with the words of Mario Barth: “- You can do it like this, but then you’ll be sacks!” For jumped out of a leg, massive mistakes can slip in; On the one hand, a sideways drift of the jump, which then looks more like a falling retractor in football, on the other hand often a too tight distance to the tower, since the jumper then often (feelly) puts the head directly into the neck and goes into the hollow cross.
None of this is correct. Ideally, you jump off the Auerbachsalto with both legs from the stand, make a quick arm swing, lets the head stand straight – eyes straight – (!) and jump forward, while the hip is slightly forward. If you do this in this way, it can happen at most that the turn of Salto will be a little too fast. So, first of all, test from the 5-m platform, then consciously orienting eyes to and from the water after a half of the Salto. If this doesn’t work a few times, go to 7.5 m and try the same.
And let yourself be filmed by a buddy, which helps with error analysis.
Good Luck continues!
I always bang with my head against the springboard. I don’t do it so often.

That’s exactly what you’re asking for.
they have only said but have not made themselves
If they say it, they must be able to justify it. Regardless of whether they can or not.
