I don’t know if you need them. I’d think of my part as AG. But also as a colleague. I don’t even know any diseases that suddenly claim only one day.

It depends.

If you have the rule, from 1st day AU. – then you have to give one.

If only from 3rd day-no.

In general, I want to get one, because sick after vacation and that still on Do… this looks like a decent holiday extension. What is due to the fact that there are unfortunately too many such unbelievers.

I’d be careful. You certainly don’t want to give it to your boss, do you?

But it is not a duty! (Other if it is regulated in the employment contract)

You can’t get well after your holiday. That’s why you should get an AU.

This depends entirely on the employer. Some want to see an AUB on Day 1, others just later. The holiday does not matter.
