Attack on Titan: The poor heir……?
WARNING: SPOILER LAST EPISODE OF AOT!!! If a Titan shifter dies without being eaten by a Brainless Titan, the Titan shifter's Titan power is transferred to a random descendant of Ymir… if I remember correctly. That must mean that when Levi killed Zeke on Eren's back, the Titan was passed on, right? That, in turn, must mean that some random guy had it, was maybe really happy, and five minutes later he was powerless again. I, for one, would be extremely disappointed. I know it's not a question, I just wanted to share this and I don't have anyone to talk to about Attack on Titan xD

Theoretically, you're right, if the Titan powers were still there.
However, the passing on process works differently.
The next Eldian baby born at that moment will receive the powers and not a random person who is already alive.
In this case, that would have been Historia's daughter. So, the Titan powers would still exist if they had been passed on to Historia's daughter.
