I got my bank card from Sparkasse yesterday and immediately loaded it with money, but I can't withdraw any money. At first, I thought the ATM didn't have 20-euro notes, so I tried a different one, but it worked there too. Can someone help me? That would be really appreciated.

Then I guess your deposit was not yet credited. Did you pay the money and wanted to take it off immediately, or were there a few hours in between? And how did you pay it, at the switch / checkout?
