No, much too little.

If you think that’s too much in such small amounts, you’re on the best way to an eating disorder.

So discuss the whole thing with your (children) doctor and do a therapy

What can you do about it?

Simple:

In the future just eat healthy and balanced!

  • Fruit, vegetables – also in the form of raw food, whole grain cereals, legumes, nuts, herbs and seeds…
  • Animal products only little – and no cheap…

Do you have a full feeling? Belly pain? No, it’s okay. Let your stomach simply perish, easy movement can also help.

That was not too much, but too little and especially too little (so no) vegetables.

Either you learn to eat like a normal person or you do what NakedGerd recommended. Optionally, you risk diabetes, blindness, hair loss and tooth decay and death at the end.

It is best to eat a warm meal in addition so that you can cover a normal calorie requirement.
