At what age can you buy Steam vouchers?

I want to buy something on Steam, but I don't know what age you have to be to get Steam vouchers because I bought one a few years ago without any problems and last week I was told that I have to be 18 years old.

You have to be at least 13, Steam official.

How many years it sells to you the store depends on the store and how they regulate it there Personally

So I as a minor can buy Steam cards quite normally in store without any problems
