May start with 14/5 but only when you are 15 cost different where I did it last year about 2000 euros but I was good to have passed everything directly and only a few driving hours needed otherwise it can be significantly higher

Right. Prices for driving hours are always indicated for 45 minutes. And no, the practical exam costs €16.93 at TÜV Nord and the theoretical exam €22.49. These are a total of 139.42 €, so even far below 250 €. If you do not believe me, see the Official fee list .
