Asus Com Service?

Guten Abend,

ich habe derzeit ein Problem bei Corsair und bin in Beratung mit dem Kundenservice. Das geht jetzt schon eine ganze Weile. Nun glaubt der Support es könnte an einer Datei namens “Asus Com Service” liegen und ich soll diese deinstallieren. Meiner Recherche nach soll diese Datei aber ziemlich wichtig für das Mainboard sein (MSI x570 gaming plus). Stimmt das? Bevor ich diese Datei tatsächlich lösche und dann ein viel größeres Problem habe, möchte ich mir nochmal ein paar Ratschläge einholen.

My search for this file should be quite important for the motherboard (MSI x570 gaming plus)

How exactly should a service with “Asus” be important for a board of a competitor (here MSI)? Asus software has to do with MSI mainboards about as much as cows with high sea fishing.

Yeah, I thought so. I wanted to ask before I shot myself. Nevertheless, I wonder where the file comes from. Could they come from the graphics card?(Asus rog 3080)
