Astronomy beginner books?

I've become interested in astronomy and space, and I want to buy easy-to-understand books, but I don't know which ones are suitable for my age (14). I've seen a lot of books by Stephen Hawking and Neil deGrasse Tyson, but I don't know if they're appropriate for my age.

Hello Stima,

maybe this is something for you

or this one (note: the videos have an expiration date; the ones at the very bottom are gone first. However, you can download them with JDownloader , for example. You can even do it all at once; just select everything and press <Ctrl><C>.-)

Or a little more space travel here

A bit dated, but all of Carl Sagan's books are. For example, "Blue Dot in Space."
