I first had Astra and then BionTech. This is called cross-vaccination and is considered the best variant.
Complaints: Minimum. This is not a “side effect”, but the “vaccination reaction”. It shows that your body understands the vaccination and deals with it that it forms antibodies. Confirmation that it works.

Astrazeneca is normally the better vaccine. I personally would take Astra again. If I were you, I would follow the recommendation of the RKI.
