How to use asthma spray correctly?

Hello,

I went to the lung doctor yesterday and I apparently have asthma and I've now been given an inhaler but how does it work? I've tried it a couple of times and it doesn't work, the air keeps coming out of my mouth.

Can someone please help me that would be nice.

Thank you to those who help

This depends on the respective device or the spray. Typically, the opening of the spray is taken into the mouth, presses on the push button and at the same time breathes. Wait a few seconds and breathe out again (are 2 “stroke”, repeat the whole). Let’s best explain to you how to deal with the spray by the helper in the doctor’s practice. There is also a different form of absorption of the cure (by round “diskus”, where the mouth surrounds the outlet and strongly inhales it).
