Asthma recently “back”?

Hello!

I am 16 years old and had asthma as a child (3-12), which was clearly noticeable (stamina, breathing, etc.).

Until then, it completely disappeared, and now, strangely enough, it's coming back, but only when I try to sleep in bed at night. Then the asthma becomes noticeable through the "whistling" sound when I breathe. You should also know that I don't smoke or engage in any other lung-damaging activities.

But importantly: I have an allergy! And to virtually everything in existence. From house dust to rye or birch. I suspect that, due to the weather conditions and the high pollen count, the asthma, in combination with the allergy, is causing this "whistling" effect. What do you think?

Hello Benny

Yeah, I know the whistle. Especially when I fall asleep or in the morning, I recognize that pollen or other substances are in the air at the whistling of my lungs.

Depending on the time of day and activity, I take my sprays or try to hide at home.

Ask your doctor what can help you in the long term.

Good

I also have all the allergies on this planet that exist. And my asthma probably started right at 18 but since then I take cortisone spray and everything is great. Mixing is definitely possible with allergies and asthma. But that’s just a superficial opinion. A lung doctor can diagnose 🙂
