Asthma or just anxiety disorder?
Yesterday I went to the gym and did my exercises. I started by jogging for 15 minutes, then I did back and biceps training and finally I did another 20 minutes of incline walking because I heard that burns a lot of calories. After that I changed and noticed when I got to the entrance how hard I was getting to breathe. It was like that the whole way home. My mouth was dry and I had trouble breathing, and I also had trouble exhaling for a moment. Could it be exercise-induced asthma? Or did I just imagine it? Or something else. I actually wanted to go to the gym again today and tomorrow, but I don't know if I should wait any longer because I have a doctor's appointment on the 12th. If I wait, my routine will go off again.
Health is going on.
As long as you don't know what's missing, you should leave your gym or limit it to a minimum.
To take off a kilo, you have to save 7000 calories, so you can do everything quietly and don't do it using Hau Ruck method.
A load asthma is examined by the lung physician with lung function, blood gases and listening.
It can also be an allergic asthma, or general exhaustion, or an anxiety disorder.
Imagine the doctor and then register with the lung doctor.
If you have a disease, you will get sprays that you should apply regularly.
Good for you.
Thank you
very happy
