Assurance for moving to another district citizen's allowance?

Good evening,

I gave birth to a son and my second son lives 230 km away.

In the long run, the distance as a parent with visitation rights is simply not sustainable, especially for the children.

Now it is like this: I have been receiving supplementary citizen's allowance since the birth of my second child.

I was told I needed a guarantee from my current job center.

Would the reason be recognized, and would one possibly receive relocation assistance? Does anyone know anything about this? And how do I apply for it?

I was told I needed a backup of the current job center.

We can move ANYONE – without permission.

This is a widespread misbelief that you need permission from JC to move. However, permission is only needed from 1. Reason.

On the one hand, to get costs for a furniture transporter or the like.
Deposit etc. is requested at the new JC, but can fail exactly if the move is not a good reason. Such requests for "extended aid" can have a positive effect if one can present a job.

Rather unlikely. usually will only be approved if job prospects improve – maybe you will find the basis for argument in this direction.

If you were approved, there would be no moving aid – if you were nice, you might get the move as a pure loan.

Request about your competent specialist – who can then also make contact with the office in the desired city, would be there personally. Because you need the permission from both pages, so you can start with your current one.

I have born a son and my second son lives 230 km away.

In the long term, the route as a walking parent is simply not portable for all children.

The decision to this distance has certainly made one of the parental parts. It has nothing to do with JobCenter.

Of course you can move, this freedom is also a citizen's benefit.

In order to rent new living rooms, the consent (larger of the apartment, costs) must be obtained.

You have to settle the transfer costs between parents.

Well, I'm sure you didn't realize that until today… and could have been solved by you.

Request for a transfer license in writing.
