Assessment notices – I don't understand the explanation?
Hello,
I received a batch of "notices for 20.. regarding the separate and uniform determination of the tax bases" for a closed-end real estate fund (which was just dissolved). The amounts shown are consistent with the previous ones. This has no financial impact on me. However:
The explanation states:
"The change concerns inheritance cases Nos. 744-747 according to No. 163" (notice for 2018)
With each additional notice, the list of “inheritance cases” grows.
I'd like to understand what this means. Can someone enlighten me?

The party with the parties No 163 has died and inherited its shares.
This heritage went to the participants with the participants Nos 744, 745, 746 and 747
Yeah, I understand. But what do I have to do with it? Why do I get new information? Effective from 2018 to 2021.

Can it be because the fund was closed in 2021 and now “final work” will be done when the file is closed?
