Asos return no QR code received, what to do?
Hello! I received my Asos package today and would like to return a few items. I've created a return, but the QR code I need to show at the post office isn't anywhere. I didn't receive it by email, nor is it listed under "My Returns" (as it said on the Asos website). Asos has no customer service and only has a bot that can't help. What should I do now? This is about €100, and I have every right to return the items. By the way, I paid with Klarna.

Did you even make a return? If there’s none in your account, there’s no one. Then you just do it again
I tried everything possible… it always comes the same. First he asks if the return period has expired – No. Then whether the articles are qualified for the return – yes. Then whether I want to change the post office or whether I want to add products. These are the only two options and for both, it means that afterward returns cannot be changed.

I looked after, the email is no longer up to date:( Asos has no real customer service anymore. There is that customer complaints are only processed via the “Contact us now” function, only one cannot complain there and is only forwarded to the bot
