Asian noodle instant chicken dumpling?

No matter how unhealthy it is, I'm currently tracking calories.

If I want to eat an instant Asian chicken soup and the packaging says that 100g has 380 calories, then I look at another instant package and it says 74 calories per 100 grams.

There are 55 g in it and the soup is prepared with 350 ml of water.

How many calories does the finished soup have with the herb packet that comes with spices etc.?

As a result, the water has no calories, and only 55g are inside, with one pack 380×0.55 and the other pack 74×0.55.

74, however, seems very little to me and I wonder if it might be related to wet/finished noodles…?

Btw, are you sure you mean your kcal? xD

Other things have less nutritional value than cardboard 😛

Stands on: unprepared 350kcal on 100g

On the other with 75 kcal is probably “Fertiges Produkt” on 100g
