Ashwagandha?
I'm just curious to know what exactly Ashwagandha is. I'm seeing more and more videos on TikTok where people talk about how much it supposedly helps them reduce stress, etc., and I'm just wondering if you have anything to say about it?

I take it and it really works.
I’ll take it in the form of powder in capsules. I know it before it became a trend.
Okay and can you describe how it relieves your stress? Are you pushing him down? Or can you handle it more easily?
I realize things don’t get so upset anymore than they used to.
I don’t suppress anything, I’ll take it easier, it’s working with me.
And I think it helps me sleep.
