I'm a student and recently became a Commerzbank customer and have a checking account there. My question is, can I withdraw money from a Sparkasse ATM, since we only have Sparkasse banks near me? And if so, how much would I have to pay?

Loading...I have the PIN and access code from school. But even if I check that I have them, they still want my federal ID, and it says that if you have the PIN, it works without it. I just don't know how that works.
