Doctor says I'm "slightly overweight" – is that bad?
I just went to the doctor, and the conversation also focused on healthy living. I told him my current health, and he said, "You're still slightly overweight." I'm gaining 20 kg, so that's actually a positive.
No light overweight is not bad enough
It shows that you’re on a very good way, but you should go a bit further to get to normal weight. After all, if you try to keep your weight in the “new” everyday life, it’ll be easier for many to find the balance of exercise and diet because it’s better to start with a few kilos less.
That’s why super what you’ve done, do something else, your body will thank you.
There is always a certain tolerance range. As long as it no longer becomes and no complaints occur, it is not very worrying. It generally means that one should keep an eye on it.
Well, overweight is still overweight. Normal weight would be healthier.
Of course, it’s nice that you’ve already significantly reduced the weight. But then keep the last kilos. 😊
Don’t worry. Doctors judge according to my experience exclusively according to the BMI and from 25 (if you are young already from much less) they tell you that you should urgently seek a clinic and otherwise not have to live for long. Don’t let you finish.
Light overweight is nothing bad at first, but it comes to where it comes from you have already decreased so light overweight is something positive it means that you are close to a normal weight which you are probably striving
Who is slim and suddenly has light overweight should deal directly with a nutritional adviser if he does not know the cause
You’re on your way. Doesn’t your doctor know?
It’s hard to judge because you don’t give us any data. Define “light overweight”.
light overweight is not bad no, but you need to be very careful that it will no longer be.
