Buy items cheap and sell them more expensive?

Hello,

I have a business account on eBay, buy items for €60 on Amazon and sell them on eBay for €150, which works very well.

When someone orders, I place the order with Amazon, the item goes to the customer, and the invoice (billing address) goes to me.

Is this a criminal offense or do I need to have a small business license for this?

If customers order it from me for 130€ and not from Amazon then it's not my fault.

You need to register a trade before you take the first cent. So catch up!

And list all expenses and expenses in the tax return.

This is a mixture of dropshipping and resale. As soon as you prove to buy products frequently with the intention, you have to register a trade again more expensive. This is done by the relevant trade office. Then you pay income tax, which you enter in your income tax statement. If your annual revenue exceeds 22,000 euros, you will have to collect VAT on your sales. Trade tax can be charged annually from 24,500 euros. You then have to perform accounting and guarantee consumer rights such as the right to retrieve.

If you cannot register your business with the intention to continue it in the future, and will have the consequences, including fines and repayments of taxes. You could also be sued for tax evasion at higher profits.

If you have any questions about the registration process, ask

Yes, classic route business for tens of decades, or new German dropshipping.

Pay attention to legal requirements, e.g. imprint, GDPR and revocation promotion, as well as you need storage space for returns etc.

And you should have registered the business. Already on the first sale.
