Haven't received an item on eBay for more than 30 days?
I purchased an item on eBay on February 15, 2024. It was marked as shipped in early February, even though the item wasn't released until July/August. It still hasn't arrived. I've tried contacting the seller several times but haven't received a response.
What can I do? I would at least like my money back. I paid with a one-time payment via Klarna.
Maybe I should have paid via Paypal after all.
Please help me.

What is bought and shipped in February, but released in July/August? What Does Release= Released?
Otherwise, it’s bad luck you’re going to be much too late. 30 days buyer protection at Ebay. Can’t forget!

And is this article officially published? But even at August you’re loose over the 30 days of buyer protection.
Yeah, the article’s out, but the seller doesn’t report. Buyer protection from eBay does not exist anymore because the 30 days are around but I still have the right to delivery after all it is paid naja or the money back i.e. I can really instruct the seller With the request to send me the quickest possible what I have done now and wait the time I have given him off and if nothing happens, then I will go further legal steps before the ad
So at Ebay everything has been covered over the buyer protection for a long time!
I and my nephew have been buying/selling for over 14 years at Ebay, and here and there was something… Sure is really annoying but there you can do something to contact Ebay over your profile, there had to open a case! Sounds harder than it is, otherwise you can call if you like, the possibility also has! That would have to work without problems, we have always got replacement or the money back. Good luck!

So I called eBay now who wrote to the seller that this one will explain to me and I hope that helps now
The eBay buoyant is exactly 30 days, after which there is nothing about eBay, you would have 180 days buyer protection.
Although you can reimburse a criminal complaint against the seller, the money you have to claim or sue civil law.
