Arthritis surgery?
I have osteoarthritis in my hand and toe joints. My question: If I get it removed from my toe, will it come back? There's nothing wrong with me. They're probably just grinding down the bone a bit. Will the pain get better with the surgery? Or will it stay? I'm having so much pain in my hand right now. It swells throughout the day, depending on how much strain I put on it at work. What can I do about it?
You should discuss this with a doctor who knows how to treat yourself as well as with you and your joints…
Ask your doctor.
I can only tell you what I would do. I would look into what exactly this cartilage layer is, what it is, how to keep it/promote it.
Then things like dietary supplements, good nutrition and exercise are going on my way. I'd do that.
And ask me how it came. And want to change it.
I don't know what a doctor says about it – should look. You can also look at YouTube for exercises. There are some. But just do those who can't really hurt. Nothing like drugs or anything. Just exercise. Gives them to hammers and malpositions. I don't know.
