ARGLISTIGE TÄUSCHUNG GOLF 3 Cabrio?
Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich habe vor circa 2 Monaten ein Golf 3 Cabrio BJ1997 gekauft.
Das Fahrzeug war 16 Jahre im Besitz der Vorbesitzerin.
Wenige Tage nach dem Kauf hat sich herausgestellt, dass das ABS ausgefallen ist und keinerlei Funktion hat!
Der Mangel wurde so vertuscht, dass die ABS-Leuchte abgetrennt wurde, damit die Warnleuchte nicht leuchtet.
Die Vorbesitzerin behauptet, dass sie von nichts weiß. Ihre Werkstatt, wo alles ohne Rechnung gemacht wurde, weiß angeblich auch von nichts.
Nun zu Frage:
Handelt es sich hierbei um arglistige Täuschung?
Da die Verkäuferin das Fahrzeug 16 Jahre im Besitz hat, kann ich mir kaum vorstellen, dass sie nichts davon wusste und ich vermute, dass die ABS-Leuchte extra von ihr oder einer Werkstatt abgetrennt wurde.
Falls es sich hierbei um arglistige Täuschung handelt, was kann ich tun?
