Are you afraid of finding a new job?
You often hear that people are literally "afraid" to quit and find a new job… I don't understand that… They complain that they're the "garbage man" at work and that they're ruining their backs. If you're that unhappy with your job, you just do something else. Even if you resign yourself, you can (if you want to contact the employment agency) state the reasons for the resignation, and the waiting period can be waived or minimized.
Or you can live off your savings for a short time. You sign up for health insurance and pay the mandatory €179.10 monthly. And you'll be free from the unemployment office. Then you can look for something new in peace, and you won't be put into any programs or call centers…just so you have something…or you can say, "I'd like to work as a cashier at the supermarket."
And when your employer asks you what was going on…do you say you had to help friends, or were a stay-at-home dad, looked after the kids, renovated…
You can always find ways to escape your hell, don't you think? What else should you keep in mind?
I was announced and announced that I am now relatively pain-free and these things have made me the person I am now.
I see who wants it. Sometimes it takes a while. Then it is like that and should be the same. Adding was never an option for me 🙂
It is not always easy to find a suitable job.
Sometimes patience and perseverance needs:)
I changed the company more often.
There are many reasons why people don't. Thinking becomes even more difficult as soon as you have people who rely on one (children special).
I also know people who don't change because they say the job is crap or pays off, but the people / colleagues are great.
Some people are just afraid of the new one or want to learn nothing new and stay what you know.
You always complain about the job you have and where 😀
I've only quit when I already had the contract for a new job!
No, I'm not afraid, and if something doesn't fit me, I'd be looking for another job. However, I have also developed good and demanded qualifications and regularly. Ultimately, your professional qualities are significantly involved in finding a good job quickly.
