Hello,

I saw you always ask for sources. So then: here is regulated which species are subject to hunting law:

https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bjagdg/_2.html

The wolf is not under. So we don’t need to check if there’s a hunting season, we already know he can’t be hunted. (NB: many people, is not aware that there are a lot of animal species in the hunting law, such as lynx, wildcat, falcons,… who have no hunting time at all. For them, therefore, all the protection rules, such as for wilds, are valid throughout the year.)

In principle, it is possible that a fire is approved under Nature Conservation Law. Here is the rule:

http://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bnatschg_2009/__45a.html

Not always has such a permit existence:

Can wolves be shot and chased?

No, the wolf is particularly protected. And they are not subject to hunting law.

So they can’t be hunted either.

Individual discharges are arranged by the State only for certain ‘problem wolves’. These are exceptions.

If they don’t, no matter what the law says. 😡

The wolf has not been included in the hunting law. Wolves can only be shot in exceptional cases. This is likely to change soon. The wolf is quite well here, annually the stock grows by 20 – 30%. It will soon be necessary to regulate the stock.

No, in Germany it is forbidden to shoot/kill them under nature protection,

Therefore, in Germany they multiply so much that the farmers are alarming.

Ponys / cows / sheep and other farm animals are repeatedly killed. Therefore the peasants and hunters insist that the wolves are shot again.

Wolves are protected by nature and may only be released under very special conditions.

If there’s reports about it, you have to google. A few months ago came to the news.

No, they can’t. Wolves are protected by nature.

Under certain circumstances.

The animal protectors also want it.

Otherwise, hunters, farmers and pet owners will kill wild wolves.
