Are there websites where you can publish a book without a contract?

Thanks for your answers!

There's no such thing.

You can publish the right books either in the self-publishing (contract with printing, contract with customers and independent obligatory delivery), in an on-demand service provider (contract of sales) or in a publishing house (contract of authors).

You can also publish e-books and online publications on various online platforms, but you must always agree to at least terms of use and general terms and conditions; also these are contracts (offer to the opening of a user account / publication of a text, acceptance by the user by confirmation).

The only way to publish something completely without a contract would be to publish the online publication on its own website. However, here you must also enter into a contract, for example if you want to host the website or register a domain.

No and on Wattpad you only get money if you are very successful.

But you can build a community on each of these platforms and make a patreon account.

and make a Patreon account

The tax office is also interested in the tips you give here 😉 As soon as one pursues an intention to win (and after hM is sufficient if one speculates on regular allowances), the letter is no longer covered as art i. S.d. § 18 EStG.

By the way, you must also enter into a contract with all providers you have mentioned in order to be able to use the corresponding offers as service providers.
