Hey! It's so stupid that you get insulted because of your bust size 😞 You could certainly make them look a bit smaller with a suitable bra if you'd feel more comfortable that way.
In the medium term, it would of course be best if you could accept this size and become more self-confident, but of course, this takes some time.

I don't think your breasts are that big. They look beautiful. It's just a shame that there are so many idiots who don't recognize your beauty.
There's not much you can do about it other than wearing a sports bra (it's a bit sagging) and avoiding tight-fitting outerwear. Wear something casual, oversized, anything that doesn't emphasize your breasts like a top like the one in the photo.
Well, I think it all looks very proportional and you don't need to change anything.

You can only wear loose tops that don't emphasize your breasts!
But remember, with loose tops there is always the danger that you will flap around in strong winds and you will feel that on your large (fat) breasts.
Hopefully you wear a girl's swimsuit when you go swimming anyway, right?
